State-of-the-art HVAC System Design

Our in-house design capability allows us to streamline the entire process, saving you time and money in the selection, design, and construction of quality HVAC systems.

It is all too easy to produce an HVAC system design which looks good on paper, but will be impractical or impossible to build in the field. Because we are both a Consulting Engineering Firm – Sebastian Associates and a Construction Firm – Sebastian & Sons we bring practicality, common sense, and a unique perspective to the HVAC system design process.

With a wide background in virtually all types of mechanical systems we are able to work directly with the building owner to determine the appropriate HVAC system design for any application and provide drawings for permit applications in a timely matter.

Design Technology

We use state-of-the-art Dell CAD workstations, including Autocad, Autodesk Building Systems, and Autocad LT HVAC system design software.

Our Engineering Department features large format scanning, plotting, and copying capabilities. We maintain a full-time high-speed Internet connection to allow instant transmission of engineering drawings and data to our customers.

3-D Design Capabilities

The latest MEP Building Information Modeling Software from Autodesk allows us to produce compelling 3-D visualizations of our designs, as well as higher quality construction documentation and as-built drawings.

Green Design & Building

Promote conservation and energy efficiency with a Green, Environmentally-friendly HVAC System Design from Sebastian & Sons.

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), we have long recognized the value of environmentally-friendly designs that assist clients in reducing operating costs.

Green building practices allow us to design environmentally sound and resource-efficient buildings.

This not only promotes resource conservation, including energy efficiency, but also creates a healthy environment while reducing operation and maintenance costs.
