In addition to his Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering at John Hopkins University, Patrick has his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. He is responsible for project management and the coordination of subcontractor scheduling, technical proposals and cost estimates, as well as material and equipment orders and follow-up for jobs awarded.

Tom brings over 43 years experience in the areas of management, operations, sales and client relations. He is responsible for managing our internal team, sourcing and developing new business relationships as well as ensuring that our existing clients receive the best service possible. Tom obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.

Matt Williamson
Matt has over 34 years’ HVAC Industry experience. From the ground up he has done everything from installation to sales in the business. He started his career in Air and Water Balancing business testing HVAC systems and troubleshooting airflow and waterflow issues and selling services to contractors and direct clients. Matt has also designed and sold ventilation projects, construction projects, and design-build projects – following through to the finished product and commissioning. Matt always ensures clients are happy because he owns the solutions he designs, sells, and install. Matt also supports clients buying properties by assisting with the due diligence process with costs, budgets, and what potential issues the client may face for future HVAC expenses and issues.

Eric Moore
Eric brings over 35 years’ experience in the areas of HVAC Drafting, Design, and Mechanical Project Management. He is responsible for managing projects, coordination of subcontractor scheduling, technical proposal and cost estimates, as well as material and equipment orders and follow-up on jobs awarded.

Alissa Kouriatova, P.E., LEED AP
Alissa holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the St. Petersburg University of Railway Engineering, and has more than 13 years of HVAC design experience. She manages the design and equipment specification for our design and design/build projects involving various types HVAC system, including Variable Refrigerant Flow Zoning systems, High Velocity Systems, Dedicated outdoor air units, Heat Recovery Wheels with Water-source Heat pump system applications, DX systems with VAV and VVT applications. In addition, Alissa is responsible for review and approval of equipment submittals from vendors and CAD management.
